We're excited to continue working with the public to make sure this project is right sized and represents Carp values. We understand how important this location is and plan to build a hotel that the City and its residents will be proud to own for generations.
The two story design offers public access to the rooftop bar and locally run cafe which will face Linden St.
While our current plans and elevations show a 39 room layout, the design we will submit to the City planning department will feature less than 39 rooms.
The Surfliner will be constructed on roughly 50% of "Parking Lot #3." The plans we submit to the City will have NO impact on the Community Garden.
